Campaign Verification:

Our team will carry out initial research to verify the target individuals exist and are available within the specified salary range and location.

Briefing:

On being awarded the assignment it will be required to discuss in finer details the personality profile of the candidate.

Research:

Our team will investigate each of the target companies and to establish how the particular job function is carried out.  A list of all suitable candidates within the target companies will be drawn up for consideration.

Resourcing:

We will use a range of resource techniques available as well as search tools. The search consultant(s) will contact each of the identified individuals. Initial contact will be made by phone with a view to establishing candidate suitability.

Interviewing:

Each suitable candidate will be assessed for an initial discussion to establish his/her previous track record, presentation skills/appearance and his/her willingness for a career move.

Candidate Briefing:

All candidates’ pre-qualified will then be briefed as to the identity of the client and provided with corporate brochures/company background. 

Background Checking:

We will verify all information using our network of contacts within the industry, taking references from previous employers where suitable.

Shortlist Presentation:

The client will be presented our shortlist of suitable applicants.  CV summary, interview notes and references (where applicable) will be presented.
